Shipping & Returns

Avalon Visions wishes to provide you with the best resources possible for your spiritual needs. We will do our best to insure that any and all products shipped from our supplier meet with your expectations. We currently ship via UPS. In order to better serve your needs, we are now offering flat rate and free shipping as follows.

Shipping Costs:

Orders OVER $50 will be shipped free. Orders UNDER $50 will shipped with a $5.00 flat rate.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available. We are sorry, but you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged, they will either be replaced or credited to your account. Please contact us if an issue occurs. We will do our best to meet your needs.

Return Policy:

We will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
